How it works

Four steps, and the delivery is done.

There is no dashboard to learn before the first one. An order comes in, and Tebuka takes it from there.

    An order comes in

    Send it from WhatsApp, from SMS, or from the seller screen. Pickup place, drop-off zone, and what the buyer owes.

    A nearby rider takes it

    The job goes out to riders working that zone. The fee is fixed and agreed before anyone accepts it.

    The buyer follows a link

    A plain link that opens in seconds. Live status, the rider's name and plate, and the amount due at the door.

    The buyer confirms receipt

    One tap closes the job. That confirmation is also the only moment Tebuka charges anything.

A delivery can start in a WhatsApp message or on your online shop. Either way the buyer follows it on a plain link, or in the same WhatsApp thread they were already in.

Does Tebuka hold my money?
No. There is no wallet and no escrow. The buyer pays the rider at the door, or the seller pays the rider directly. Tebuka records the amount and nothing more.
What do riders pay?
Nothing, ever. No commission, no subscription, no cut of the delivery fee. The fee agreed on a job is the fee the rider keeps.
Do I need a website to use this?
No. A seller working entirely from WhatsApp is a first-class customer here. You can send a delivery the same way you already talk to your buyers.
Does the buyer have to install an app?
No. They get a link that opens in the browser already on their phone, with no account to create.
What happens if a delivery is cancelled or fails?
You are charged nothing. The 100 RWF fee applies only when a buyer confirms they received a delivery.
How is the delivery fee decided?
By zone. Kigali is priced on standard zone rates, so the amount is the same whoever picks the job up, and it is agreed before a rider accepts.
Can the buyer read it in Kinyarwanda?
Yes. The tracking link opens in Kinyarwanda or English, and the buyer picks which.
